ABOUT US
GIA's Unique Business Model
Global Impact Assets, LLC ("GIA") is a global diversified financial services organization focused on sustainable prosperity. Our vehicle to effect this change is financing high-impact infrastructure projects across burgeoning global markets.
Through our financing, we empower communities with essential infrastructure - transportation, energy, telecommunications, water, and waste management.
But we go beyond. We invest in the pillars of society, fostering progress in housing, healthcare, education, justice, sports, and entertainment. We are more than a financial entity; we're a conduit for abundance, sourced from institutional investors, channeled into transformative social and environmental initiatives.
By creating realistic impact programs, we will not only know if we are doing the project right, but also if we are doing the right project.
Weaving abundance for all, revolutionizing finance, enriching lives, respecting the environment.
Our Vision
GIA’s vision is to leverage infrastructure to catalyze human and environmental prosperity. We utilize the most effective financial structures to create an impact far larger than our input. Accuracy on where to go, what to do and how to do it to achieve abundance for all. Benefit is the degree of impact that we create, cost is volume of Investment in infrastructure.
We demonstrate that impact investment is the best way of developing infrastructure by creating projects that are financially and impactfully viable to all stakeholders, we can change the way business is conducted. Competitive terms, lowest risk and highest impact.
Our Mission
GIA’s mission is to finance revolutionary socially and environmentally holistic infrastructure in partnership with forward-thinking stakeholders.
We apply the principles of impact ("ESG") investment to deploy infrastructure.
Our Brand
GIA seeks to draw inspiration from the sociable weaverbird, which is known for its exceptional building skills. This bird constructs intricate nesting structures, which are the largest built by any bird, providing shelter for hundreds of birds and other species in different climatic conditions. GIA aims to embody this same level of resilience and inclusivity in its approach to foster and bring communities together.
